Productivity diagnostic

A four-week evidence sprint that produces a quantified baseline of where capacity is created and destroyed, plus a ranked backlog of fixes.

Workflow & process redesign

Re-sequencing work and eliminating handoff friction in support, operations and back-office teams, using direct observation rather than org-chart theory.

Adoption & change

Communication, training and resistance planning for the teams affected by a redesign, so the new way of working actually sticks past ninety days.

How each sprint is scoped

Every service line follows the same discipline: a written statement of the question, a named client owner, an explicit population in scope, and at least one measure that will tell us in plain numbers whether the work helped. We resist the temptation to bolt on extra modules. If a diagnostic uncovers a problem that sits outside the agreed scope, we log it in the backlog and let your leadership decide whether to fund it in a later sprint.

Deliverables are deliberately plain: a baseline pack, a prioritised backlog, an intervention design and a transfer plan. There is no proprietary platform to license and no dependency to preserve. Where a client already runs an HR platform — BambooHR, Paylocity, Dayforce, Workday, Rippling or another — we work inside it or beside it as the client prefers, and we never take a vendor commission. That independence is the reason our platform reviews exist at all: they keep us honest about the tools our clients already own.

Sequencing matters. Roughly two-thirds of our clients begin with the diagnostic, then choose either workflow redesign or manager enablement for the second sprint. Analytics build-out usually comes third, because it is far easier to instrument a process once the process has been deliberately redesigned.

What every engagement includes

  • A named engagement lead and a two-to-four person delivery team
  • A written scope, timeline and success measures agreed up front
  • Weekly working sessions with your team, not quarterly reveals
  • Plain-language deliverables your leaders can act on
  • A transfer plan so your people can run the system alone
  • A short post-engagement review at day 90

What we deliberately do not do

  • Sell or resell software licenses
  • Take referral fees from HR platforms
  • Run large permanent embedded teams
  • Promise a fixed percentage of productivity gain

Which service is right first?

#VS-02G VXVX-lead

If priorities feel unclear

Start with the diagnostic. Most productivity loss is invisible until it is measured, and the baseline prevents expensive guesses.

If processes visibly stall

Start with workflow redesign. The friction is usually structural and will not disappear through exhortation.

If managers are the bottleneck

Start with enablement. Coaching cadence is the cheapest lever most employers own and under-use.
