Accessibility Statement

Effective date: 1 January 2026. Voxyntia Performance Partners LLC is committed to ensuring that our website and services are accessible to people with disabilities. We design and build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a standard widely recognised under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and comparable laws.

1. Our commitment

Accessibility is treated as part of quality, not an afterthought. We consider it during design, in code review and in our testing cycle. Because we work with large employers, many of whom have their own accessibility obligations, we are used to being held to a high standard and we welcome it.

2. Measures we take

• Semantic HTML with a logical heading order and landmark regions on every page.
• Sufficient colour contrast between text and background, tested against WCAG AA thresholds.
• Keyboard operability throughout, with visible focus states, and no reliance on hover alone.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images and decorative graphics marked as ignored by assistive technology.
• Responsive layouts that remain usable when text is enlarged up to 200% and at narrow viewports.
• No automatically playing media, no flashing content and no motion that cannot be paused.
• Iconography expressed in CSS with accessible names, so it never blocks screen-reader users.

3. Conformance status

We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance for the whole site. Where we become aware of a shortfall, we log it, prioritise it, and fix it. Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time badge, and we review the site periodically against the guidelines.

4. Known limitations

Some PDF or third-party documents that we may link to in future could have accessibility limitations outside our control. Where we know of such a document, we will provide an accessible alternative on request. Our forms are demonstration forms and do not transmit data, which keeps their accessibility surface small.

5. Compatibility

The site is built to work with current versions of major browsers and with common assistive technologies, including screen readers such as JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver, and with voice-control and switch-access tools. Using the latest browser version will give the best experience.

6. Feedback and assistance

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information from this site in an alternative format, please contact us. 7. Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the relevant authority in your jurisdiction, such as the U.S. Department of Justice for ADA-related concerns. We would, however, always prefer the chance to resolve the matter directly first.
