Privacy Notice
This notice explains what personal information Voxyntia Performance Partners LLC collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. This Privacy Notice describes the practices of Voxyntia Performance Partners LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its office at 745 Atlantic Avenue, Suite 1200, Boston, MA 02111 (“Voxyntia”, “we”, “us”), regarding personal information we collect through our website at voxyntia.bond and in the course of our consulting services.
1. Information we collect
We collect information in three ways: information you give us, information collected automatically when you use the website, and information we receive in the course of an engagement.
- Information you provide. Name, work email address, telephone number, employer, job title and the content of messages you send us through our forms or by email.
- Information collected automatically. A small amount of technical data such as browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed, collected using strictly necessary cookies and limited first-party analytics. See our Cookie Policy.
- Engagement information. Where we provide services, we may receive aggregated, de-identified workforce data from a client. We act as a service provider or processor for that data and handle it only on the client's documented instructions and under a written agreement.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver and administer consulting services, issue invoices, meet our legal and accounting obligations, improve our website, and communicate with clients about existing or prospective engagements. We do not use personal information to make automated decisions with legal effects, and we do not build behavioural advertising profiles.
3. Categories of personal information (CCPA/CPRA)
For California residents, the categories of personal information we have collected in the preceding twelve months are: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); commercial information (services enquired about or purchased); professional or employment-related information (employer, title); internet or network activity (website usage); and inferences drawn only to the extent needed to provide our services. We do not collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, email and hosting providers, accountants) under contracts that restrict their use of the data, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not share personal information with the HR platforms we review, and we receive no compensation from them.
5. Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; the right to delete personal information we have collected from you; the right to correct inaccurate personal information; the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We honour these requests in line with the CCPA as amended by the CPRA. To exercise any right, email [email protected] or call +1 (617) 555-0142. We will verify your request using information we already hold and will respond within the timeframes the law allows.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, so there is nothing to opt out of. If that ever changes, we will provide a clear opt-out mechanism on this page before doing so.
6. Rights for EEA and UK residents (GDPR)
Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process personal information on the bases of consent, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and our legitimate interests in operating our business. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. International transfers of personal data are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
7. Children's privacy (COPPA)
Our website and services are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
8. Retention
We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact. Engagement records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for a further seven years where required for tax, accounting or legal purposes. Client workforce data is retained only as long as needed for the engagement and its review, then deleted or returned in accordance with the relevant contract.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege permissions. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this notice from time to time and will post the new effective date here. Questions, requests and complaints should be directed to our privacy team at [email protected], by phone at +1 (617) 555-0142, or by post to Voxyntia Performance Partners LLC, 745 Atlantic Avenue, Suite 1200, Boston, MA 02111. Where a request concerns data we hold on behalf of a client, we will refer the request to that client, who is the controller of that data.
