Frequently asked questions

Are you a software company?

No. Voxyntia Performance Partners LLC is an advisory practice. We sell consulting, not licences, and we do not resell or take commission on any HR platform. Our platform reviews are editorial and unaffiliated.

How quickly can an engagement start?

A diagnostic typically starts within two to four weeks of a signed proposal, subject to team availability. We usually begin with a short scoping call so the written proposal reflects your actual question.

How long does a first sprint take?

A productivity diagnostic runs four to six weeks. Redesign, enablement and analytics sprints run six to twelve weeks depending on scope. We will always show you the smallest credible piece of work first.

Do you need access to our HR systems?

Read-only access to aggregated reporting is usually enough to start. We work under your data-handling rules, minimise what we export, and delete client data at the end of an engagement in line with our Privacy Notice.

Will you replace our internal HR team?

Never. Our job is to make your people better at running the system we build together. Every engagement ends with a transfer plan naming the internal owners of each routine.

Which platforms do you recommend?

None in the abstract. Fit depends on your size, sector and operating model. We publish criteria-based reviews of BambooHR, Paylocity, Dayforce, Workday and Rippling, but the right answer is the one that matches your requirements — and often it is the platform you already own.

How do you price your work?

Fixed fees against a written scope, staged across three payments. Indicative ranges are published on our pricing page. Travel is billed at cost and capped in advance.

Can you work with unionized workforces?

Yes. We are experienced in both unionized and non-union environments and adapt the engagement to any consultation obligations that apply.

Do you guarantee a productivity gain?

No reputable adviser can. We define the measures with you, report honestly against them, and tell you on the day we learn that a hypothesis is wrong. See our Disclaimer for the detail.

What happens to our data afterwards?

Client data is retained only as long as needed for the engagement and its review, then deleted or returned. Details, including your rights under CCPA/CPRA, are in our Privacy Notice.

Is the site accessible?

We target WCAG 2.1 AA conformance. If you encounter a barrier, contact [email protected] and we will respond promptly — see Accessibility.

How do we get started?

Write to [email protected] or use the contact board. We will suggest a 45-minute briefing at no cost.

Do you work on site or remotely?

Both. We combine remote analysis work with on-site observation, because you cannot really understand a workflow from a conference room. We agree the cadence and any travel up front so there are no surprises.

What if we already have a productivity program running?

That is common. We will read what exists, avoid duplicating it, and focus on the gaps — usually measurement and the transfer of ownership to your own managers.
