Workforce productivity, treated like a delivery sprint

Voxyntia Performance Partners is a Boston-based advisory practice that helps large employers turn vague talk about “productivity” into measurable, repeatable operating gains. We diagnose where work actually goes, redesign the flow, and coach managers to protect focus time.

What we do

#VS-01A VXVX-lead

Productivity diagnostics

We baseline how hours are actually spent across teams, roles and locations, then isolate the constraints — unclear priorities, meeting load, tool sprawl, handoff delays — that quietly consume capacity.

Operating-model redesign

Once the constraints are visible, we re-sequence work, clarify decision rights and rebuild the weekly rhythm so teams spend more time on the tasks that move the business.

Manager enablement

Front-line managers are the real productivity system. We build coaching habits, 1:1 cadences and workload guardrails that hold after the consultants leave.

Why employers engage us

Most large organizations already own an HRMS, a time system and a survey platform. What they lack is a defensible method for connecting those signals to the work itself. Voxyntia sits above the tooling: we interview teams, observe real workflows, and quantify where productive capacity is lost before recommending a single change. Engagement teams are deliberately small — two to four consultants — so we stay close to the operating reality rather than producing slideware.

Our work spans operations, customer support, back-office finance, engineering and field service, and is equally at home in unionized and non-union environments. We are an advisory practice, not a software vendor and not a reseller: we do not earn license commissions, which means our platform recommendations — including the HR platforms reviewed on our Reviews page — are independent. Clients typically start with a four-week diagnostic, then extend into a longer delivery sprint if the baseline justifies it. Every engagement ends with a transfer plan, because the goal is for the client's own leaders to keep running the system without us.

How a first sprint runs

#VS-01D VXVX-lead

Week 1 · Frame

We agree the question, the population in scope and the success measures. No industry boilerplate — the framing is written with your leaders, not for them.

Weeks 2–3 · Measure

Shadowing, system extracts, structured interviews and a short pulse survey combine into one baseline view of lost capacity and its drivers.

Week 4 · Recommend

A prioritised backlog of interventions, each with an owner, an effort estimate and a measured upside — presented to your leadership, not filed in a report.
